Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts,
cut into bite-sized portions
2 cups broccoli florets
1 purple bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin sauce for vegetarian choice)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
¼ tsp black pepper
2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the sauce
In a small bowl, mix collectively soy sauce, oyster/hoisin
sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, ginger, and black pepper
till smooth.
