Ingredients (Serves four–6)

250–300 g fresh green beans, trimmed

a hundred and fifty–2 hundred g brie cheese (cut into small slices or cubes)

1–2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

1–2 cloves garlic (optionally available, finely minced)

Salt and black pepper to flavor

Optional: honey or balsamic glaze for drizzling

Optional: skinny strips of prosciutto or puff pastry for wrapping (non-vegetarian or richer version)

1. Prepare the green beans

Wash the inexperienced beans thoroughly and trim the ends. For first-class texture, blanch them first:
