Brie & Green Bean
Bundles

fantastically melty interior. They’re perfect for festive dinners, events, or
even a comfortable selfmade meal when you want something a little fancy without
a good deal attempt.
Ingredients (Serves
four–6)
250–300 g fresh green beans, trimmed
a hundred and fifty–2 hundred g brie cheese (cut into small
slices or cubes)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1–2 cloves garlic (optionally available, finely minced)
Salt and black pepper to flavor
Optional: honey or balsamic glaze for drizzling
Optional: skinny strips of prosciutto or puff pastry for
wrapping (non-vegetarian or richer version)
1. Prepare the green
beans
Wash the inexperienced beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
For first-class texture, blanch them first:
Boil water with a pinch of salt.
Add green beans and cook dinner for 2–three minutes till
vivid green and slightly gentle.
Drain and pat dry.
This step keeps them colourful and crisp-smooth in
preference to smooth or soggy.
2. Assemble the
bundles
Take 6–10 green beans at a time (depending on thickness) and
align them smartly. Place a small piece of brie within the middle or base of
the package.
Carefully wrap the inexperienced beans across the cheese. If
needed, stable with:
a toothpick, or
a skinny strip of extra inexperienced bean or chive.
Three. Season
Place bundles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and elective garlic.
4. Cook
Bake in a preheated oven at two hundred°C (approximately
four hundred°F) for 10–15 mins, or until:
brie will become tender and barely melted

1. Sweet & Savory
Version
Drizzle a touch honey or balsamic glaze over the bundles
after baking. The sweetness pairs beautifully with creamy brie.
2. Crispy Wrapped
Version
Wrap each package in skinny strips of prosciutto before
baking. The fats crisps up at the same time as the cheese melts inside.
3. Puff Pastry
Bundles
Wrap the green bean and brie package deal in small squares
of puff pastry, then bake until golden. This turns it into a mini pastry
appetizer.
4. Garlic Butter

Add extra garlic and end with melted herb butter for a
