½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder (non-obligatory)
¼ tsp paprika (for topping)
½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for crunchy topping)
Instructions
1. Cook the macaroni:

2. Make the cheese
sauce:
In a medium saucepan, soften butter over medium heat. Stir
in flour to make a easy roux and prepare dinner for 1-2 minutes till gently
golden. Slowly whisk in milk and cream, stirring continuously to save you
lumps. Continue cooking till the sauce thickens, about 5 mins. Add cheddar and
Parmesan cheeses, stirring till absolutely melted.
3. Combine pasta and
sauce:
Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce, ensuring
every piece is lined frivolously.
4. Prepare for

Preheat the oven to 375°F (a hundred ninety°C). Grease a
baking dish and pour in the macaroni-cheese aggregate. For a crunchy pinnacle,
sprinkle breadcrumbs, a little extra cheese, and paprika frivolously over the
surface.
5. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, till the pinnacle is
golden brown and bubbling. Remove from the oven and permit cool for 5 minutes
earlier than serving.
Tips for Extra

Add a splash of mustard or warm sauce to the cheese sauce
for subtle tang.
For a richer top, melt greater butter with the breadcrumbs
before sprinkling.
