Crispy Smoked Tofu & Coleslaw Wraps

 Ingredients (Serves 2–three)

For the tofu:

200g smoked tofu, reduce into strips

Instructions

1. Prepare the tofu

Pat the smoked tofu dry with a paper towel to remove extra moisture. This enables it crisp up higher. Slice into strips approximately 1 cm thick. Toss the strips in soy sauce, then coat gently in cornstarch. Shake off any excess to avoid a gummy coating.

2. Cook the tofu
