Honey-Garlic Salmon Skillet

 

A quick, flavorful salmon dish with a sweet and savory honey-garlic glaze. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients (Serves 2–three)

2–three salmon fillets (pores and skin-on or skinless)

Salt and pepper, to flavor

1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

four cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-loose)

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

Optional: chopped inexperienced onions, sesame seeds, lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

1. Prep the Salmon

Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel to dispose of extra moisture. This helps the fillets sear properly.

2. Cook the Salmon
