Buffalo bird sliders are a highly spiced, creamy, and enjoyable sandwich perfect for events, sport nights, or quick dinners. Using an Instant Pot makes the hen greater gentle in mins.

🛒 Ingredients

For the buffalo bird:

1 kg boneless chook breast or thighs

1 cup buffalo sauce (keep-offered or home made)

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup chicken broth or water

4 ouncescream cheese (elective, for creamy texture)

For sliders:

10–12 slider buns

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

Pickles (optional)

Shredded lettuce (non-compulsory)

🍗 Instructions

1. Prepare the bird

Place bird breasts or thighs into the Instant Pot. Add buffalo sauce, bird broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir barely so the fowl is covered.

2. Pressure cook dinner

Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes (15 minutes if chook pieces are thick or frozen). Once completed, permit a 5-minute herbal release, then brief launch closing stress.
