1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Optional Garnish:

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 2 hundred°C (390°F).
2. Prepare Chicken
Marinade:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, harissa paste, smoked paprika,
cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the combination all over the hen,
ensuring it’s evenly lined. For quality results, marinate for 2–four hours or
overnight within the refrigerator.
3. Bake the Chicken:
Arrange the chook at the organized tray. Roast inside the
oven for 25–30 minutes until it starts to brown.
In a small bowl, whisk collectively honey, soy sauce, lemon
juice, and minced garlic. Adjust sweetness or acidity on your liking.
5. Glaze and Finish
Baking:
Remove the chook from the oven after 25–half-hour. Brush the
honey glaze generously over every piece. Return to the oven and bake for another
10–15 minutes, basting once more if favored. Chicken is ready while it’s
caramelized, glossy, and has an inner temperature of seventy five°C (a hundred
sixty five°F).
6. Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley or cilantro over the hen. Serve
with roasted vegetables, couscous, rice, or a sparkling salad. Add lemon wedges
for additonal brightness.
