Sheet-Pan Salmon with
Broccoli
Ingredients (Serves
2-three)
2 salmon fillets (6 oz.Each)
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon (1/2 sliced, half of for juice)
1 tsp paprika
half tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: red chili flakes for a bit warmness
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Broccoli: In a bowl, toss broccoli florets
with 1 tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread the broccoli
lightly on one aspect of the baking sheet.
3. Rub them with the closing olive oil, paprika, salt, and
black pepper. Place them pores and skin-facet down on the opposite aspect of
the baking sheet. Add lemon slices on pinnacle for extra flavor.
4. Bake Together: Place the sheet pan within the preheated
