Beef Curry
A hearty, flavorful dish where gentle
pork melts in a rich, spiced sauce. Perfect for a comforting meal with rice or
bread.
Ingredients
(Serves four–6)
1.Five–2 lbs (seven hundred–900 g) red
meat chuck, reduce into 1–2 inch cubes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1-inch piece ginger, minced
2 tbsp curry powder (adjust for warmth)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp floor coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
half tsp chili powder (non-compulsory)
1 can (14 ounces / 400 ml) diced
tomatoes
1 cup beef broth or water
half cup coconut milk (non-compulsory
for creaminess)
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, sliced
Salt and pepper, to flavor
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Sear the Beef (Optional but Recommended)
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high
warmth. Brown red meat cubes on all aspects, about three–4 minutes in line with
aspect. This seals taste. Transfer to the slow cooker.

Sauté Aromatics
In the same skillet, cook onion,
garlic, and ginger till gentle, approximately three–4 mins. Stir for 1–2 mins
till aromatic.
Add the sautéed mixture to the pork.
Pour in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and coconut milk. Add potatoes and carrots.
Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Slow Cook
Cover and prepare dinner on low for
7–eight hours or high for 4–five hours, until pork is tender and greens are
cooked.

Finish & Serve
Taste and modify seasoning. Garnish
with fresh cilantro.
Tips
& Variations
Add a cinnamon stick or cardamom pods
for greater aroma.
Swap pork for lamb or hen if desired.
Extra vegetables like bell peppers or
peas may be introduced in the last hour of cooking.
This sluggish-cooker red meat curry is
perfect for a cozy meal, easy to make ahead, and full of warming spices. The
beef turns into smooth, and the sauce absorbs the fragrant flavors
fantastically.
