White Bean & Sausage Cassoulet
This Slow-Cooker White Bean &
Sausage Cassoulet is a heat, hearty, and pleasant dish that combines gentle

1 lb (450 g) white beans (cannellini or

1 lb (450 g) sausage (Italian,

3 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced

tomatoes
2 cups (480 ml) hen or vegetable broth
1 tsp dried thyme

1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper, to flavor
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Prepare the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, upload
