Tofu Stir-Fry Recipe

 

Ingredients (Serves 2-three)

250 g firm tofu, drained and cubed

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 small onion, sliced

1 bell pepper (any shade), sliced

1 medium carrot, thinly sliced

Step 1: Prepare the tofu
