Creamy One-Pot Penne Primavera with
Shrimp is a comforting, colorful pasta dish that mixes gentle shrimp, fresh

Ingredients
250 g penne pasta
250 g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
half a cup of carrots, thinly sliced
half a cup of candy bell peppers,
sliced
2 cups vegetable or fowl broth
1 cup heavy cream
half cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
half teaspoon crimson pepper flakes

2 tablespoons sparkling parsley,
chopped
Juice of half of a lemon
Instructions
1. Cook the shrimp.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a
large deep skillet or pot over medium warmth. Add the shrimp, season gently
with salt and pepper, and prepare dinner for approximately 2 mins according to

aside.
2. Sauté aromatics

5. Make the creamy sauce
Once the pasta is nearly tender and
most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

Return the cooked shrimp to the pot
at the side of the cherry tomatoes. Cook for some other two–three minutes until

Add lemon juice and sprinkle with
chopped parsley and pink pepper flakes if preferred. Taste and alter salt and
pepper as needed.
