🍺 Savory Beer
Pork Chops
🧾 Ingredients (Serves four)
four red meat chops (bone-in or
boneless, about 1 inch thick)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beer (lager or amber beer
works exceptionally)
half a cup of chicken broth or water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp oil (for frying)
Optional: sparkling thyme or
rosemary for aroma

Instructions
1. Season the red meat chops.
Pat the red meat chops dry with
paper towels. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then rub
frivolously on both aspects of the meat. Let them take a seat for 10–15 mins so
the seasoning absorbs.
2. Sear the chops
Heat oil in a big skillet over
medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for three–four mins according to
aspect until golden brown. You don’t need to prepare dinner for them absolutely
at this level—simply build flavor. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the aromatics.
In the same pan, reduce warmth to
medium. Add sliced onions and cook until gentle and barely caramelized,
approximately 5 mins. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Build the beer sauce.
Pour inside the beer to deglaze the
pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom (this adds a wealthy taste).
Then upload bird broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir
properly and allow it to simmer for 2–3 mins.
5. Simmer the pork chops.
Return the beef chops to the pan.
Spoon some sauce over them. Cover and allow to simmer on low warmth for 15–20
mins, or until the pork is tender and absolutely cooked (internal temperature
must attain 63°C / 145°F, then relaxation).
6. Thicken the sauce (optionally available)
If you want a thicker sauce, remove
the chops and simmer the exposed liquid for another five–eight minutes until it
barely reduces.

🌟 Flavor
Profile
This dish has a great stability of
savory, slightly sweet, and earthy notes. The beer tenderizes the beef while
growing a wealthy, fragrant sauce that tastes like adoration simmered all
day—but it’s prepared in under an hour.
