Cheeseburger Macaroni Skillet

Here’s a easy and tasty Cheeseburger Macaroni Skillet recipe you can make in a single pan. It’s hearty, cheesy, and ideal for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups raw elbow macaroni

2 half of cups red meat broth (or water with bouillon)

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or greater to flavor)

1 tbsp tomato paste or half cup ketchup

1 tsp mustard (optional, for a slight tang)

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1–2 tbsp oil for cooking

Optional toppings: diced pickles, chopped parsley, or more shredded cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the beef:

Heat oil in a huge skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook dinner until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Add aromatics:

Stir within the diced onion and garlic. Cook 2–three mins till softened.

3. Add pasta and beverages:

Stir in raw macaroni, red meat broth, milk, and tomato paste (or ketchup). Mix nicely.

4. Simmer:

Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring sometimes, until the macaroni is gentle and maximum liquid is absorbed.

5. Add cheese:

Remove from warmth and stir in shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.

 6. Serve:

Top with non-obligatory pickles, parsley, or greater cheese. Enjoy warm straight from the skillet!

Tips:

For greater cheesiness, add a little cream cheese or mozzarella at the side of the cheddar.

You can toss in a few chopped greens like bell peppers or peas for more shade and nutrients.

If it gets too thick, upload a touch of milk to loosen it up.

If you want, I can also give you a lighter, more healthy model that’s just as tacky but much less heavy at the energy. Do you want me to do this.
