Instructions
1. Prepare the
Patties:
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for
5 minutes.
Shape combination into 4-6 oval patties.
2. Cook the Patties:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium warmth.
Cook patties four-five minutes according to side till
browned (they don’t need to be absolutely cooked via yet). Remove from pan and
set apart.

In the equal skillet, melt butter. Add onions and cook
