half cup vegetable or hen broth (optionally available, for a
saucier dish)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley or dill
Extra lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Prepare the
Salmon:
Pat salmon fillets dry, then season with salt, pepper, and
paprika.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick skillet over
medium-excessive heat.
