Ginger Steak Fried Rice

Instructions

1. Marinate the Steak:

Combine the sliced steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15–20 mins.

2. Prepare the Vegetables:

Dice the onion and carrot, mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop inexperienced onions.

3. Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or massive skillet over excessive heat.

Stir-fry the steak till simply cooked (2–three mins). Remove and set apart.

 

4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
