For the Steak Marinade:

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
1 small onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
½ cup peas (clean or frozen)
2 green onions, chopped
2–three tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate the Steak:
Combine the sliced steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce,
cornstarch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15–20 mins.
2. Prepare the
Vegetables:
Dice the onion and carrot, mince garlic, grate ginger, and
chop inexperienced onions.
3. Cook the Steak:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or massive skillet over excessive
heat.
Stir-fry the steak till simply cooked (2–three mins). Remove
and set apart.
4. Stir-Fry the
Vegetables:
In the same pan, upload remaining oil.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds till aromatic.
Add onions, carrots, and peas, cooking for 2–3 mins till
soft-crisp.
5. Fry the Rice:
Add the cooked rice to the pan. Break up any clumps.
Stir-fry for two–three mins until heated via.
6. Combine:
Return the cooked steak to the pan.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well, alter salt and
pepper to taste.
Sprinkle green onions on pinnacle earlier than serving.
Tips
Day-old rice works pleasant because it’s less sticky.
You can upload bell peppers, mushrooms, or toddler corn for
extra color and texture.
