Tips for Best Gyros
Marinate for flavor: If you have greater time, marinate the
beef for 1–2 hours in olive oil, garlic, and spices to beautify flavor.
Add extras: Crumbled feta cheese, roasted red peppers, or
pickled vegetables could make your gyros even extra genuine.
Quick model: Use pre-cooked red meat strips or rotisserie
beef to save time; just season and heat before assembling.
Serving ideas: Pair with Greek salad, roasted potatoes, or a
side of crispy fries for a complete meal.
