Chicken Jorim
(Soy-Braised Chicken)

Instructions
1. Prepare the chook
Rinse and pat dry the fowl pieces. Optionally, season
lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Make the sauce
In a small bowl, integrate soy sauce, sugar (or honey),
sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochugaru if the use of. Stir well till sugar
dissolves.
3. Sauté greens
Heat a touch oil in a medium pan. Add onions, carrots, and
potatoes, and sauté for two–three mins to melt slightly.
