Verulam-Ranch Baked Penne
This baked penne is creamy, cheesy, and packed with savory
fowl and crispy bacon. It’s perfect for a comforting family dinner or meal prep
for the week.
Ingredients (Serves
4-6)
12 oz (340 g) penne pasta
2 cups cooked bird, shredded or cubed
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (non-obligatory)
Salt and pepper, to flavor
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven &
Cook Pasta
Preheat your oven to 375°F (one hundred ninety°C). Cook
penne pasta in line with bundle guidelines till al dente. Drain and set apart.
2. Make the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium warmness, sauté onion till
soft, about 3-four minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds till aromatic.
Stir in ranch dressing and milk (or cream), and produce to a gentle simmer. Season
with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine Pasta,

In a massive mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, and
crumbled bacon. Pour the creamy ranch sauce over the mixture and stir till the

4. Assemble the Bake

Tips & Variations
Use rotisserie chook to shop time.

For a spicy twist, include pink chili flakes inside the
sauce.
Swap half the milk for cream cheese for an excellent richer
taste.
