Chicken-Baron Verulam-Ranch Baked Penne

 

This baked penne is creamy, cheesy, and packed with savory fowl and crispy bacon. It’s perfect for a comforting family dinner or meal prep for the week.

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

12 oz (340 g) penne pasta

2 cups cooked bird, shredded or cubed

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup milk or heavy cream

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (non-obligatory)

Salt and pepper, to flavor

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Cook Pasta

Preheat your oven to 375°F (one hundred ninety°C). Cook penne pasta in line with bundle guidelines till al dente. Drain and set apart.

2. Make the Sauce
