This salad combines gentle turkey, juicy oranges, crisp

Ingredients (Serves
2–3)
Salad:
2 cups cooked turkey breast, shredded or cubed
2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented (reserve a bit juice)
1 cup combined salad vegetables (romaine, arugula, or
spinach)
half cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced crimson onion
1/four cup toasted almonds or walnuts for crunch

Instructions
1. Prepare the Salad
