Lemon-Caper Black Cod with Broccoli & Potatoes
A healthy, flavorful dish combining buttery black cod with

Ingredients (Serves
2–three)
2 black cod (sablefish) fillets, ~6 oz.Each
250 g small potatoes, reduce into wedges

2–3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

Juice and zest of one lemon
1–2 tbsp clean parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Roast the Potatoes
