Lemon-Caper Black Cod with Broccoli & Potatoes

A healthy, flavorful dish combining buttery black cod with brilliant lemon-caper sauce, tender broccoli, and roasted potatoes. Perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or a light, fashionable meal.

Ingredients (Serves 2–three)

2 black cod (sablefish) fillets, ~6 oz.Each

250 g small potatoes, reduce into wedges

Instructions

1. Roast the Potatoes

2. Cook the Broccoli

While the potatoes roast, steam or blanch broccoli for three–four minutes till shiny green and crisp-gentle. Drain, then toss with a drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Three. Sear the Black Cod
