1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp honey or brown sugar

Juice of ½ lime

Optional Garnish:

Sesame seeds

 

Crushed peanuts

Lime wedges

Instructions

1. Marinate the steak:

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar.  Cover and set apart for 15–20 minutes.
