Noodle Bowl

Noodles:
150g rice noodles or soba noodles
1 tsp sesame oil
Vegetables:
1 small carrot, julienned
½ pink bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup snap peas or sugar snap peas
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced or julienned
2–three spring onions, chopped
A handful of clean cilantro
Sauce / Dressing:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sriracha or chili paste (non-obligatory)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey or brown sugar
Juice of ½ lime
Optional Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Crushed peanuts
Lime wedges
Extra chili flakes
Instructions
1. Marinate the
steak:
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced
garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar.
Cover and set apart for 15–20 minutes.
2. Prepare the
noodles:
