BBQ Pulled Mushrooms
BBQ Pulled Mushrooms are a delicious vegetarian alternative
to pulled beef. They’re juicy, smoky, and perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or

Ingredients
four hundred–500g oyster mushrooms (or king oyster mushrooms
for a more impregnable texture)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp smoked paprika
half tsp chili powder (non-compulsory)

Instructions

Tear oyster mushrooms into strips that resemble pulled meat.
For king oyster mushrooms, shred the stems with a fork or palms. Removing

2. Sauté aromatics
Add onions and cook dinner three–four mins until gentle. Add
