Cabbage Sliders
Corned Beef & Cabbage Sliders are a a laugh, handheld
twist on the conventional St. Patrick’s Day dish. Mini slider buns maintain
layers of gentle corned beef, sautéed cabbage, and melted cheese, growing a
savory, flavorful chew that’s perfect for parties, sport day, or a comforting
snack.
Ingredients (Makes 8
Sliders)
eight small slider buns (potato rolls recommended)
eight ozthinly sliced corned beef (pre-cooked)
1 cup shredded cabbage (inexperienced or a mix of

1 tablespoon butter
