1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

1 cucumber (sliced)

½ pink onion (thinly sliced)

1 avocado (sliced)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the steak:

Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Rub it with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15–20 mins.

2. Grill the steak:
