🥗 Grilled Steak Salad
A hearty, protein-packed salad with juicy grilled steak,
crisp vegetables, and a tangy dressing—perfect for a balanced meal.
Ingredients (Serves
2–3)
For the steak:
1 massive flank steak or sirloin (approximately four
hundred–500g)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
For the salad:
four cups blended greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cucumber (sliced)
½ pink onion (thinly sliced)
1 avocado (sliced)
Optional: crumbled feta or shaved parmesan
For the dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the steak:
Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Rub it with olive oil,
then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let it
sit at room temperature for about 15–20 mins.
2. Grill the steak:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high warmness.
Cook the steak for approximately four–5 minutes in line with side for
medium-uncommon (adjust relying on thickness and desire). Avoid overcooking to
hold it tender.
Three. Rest and
slice:
Remove the steak and permit it relaxation for 5–10 mins.
This helps keep juices. Slice it thinly towards the grain for optimum
tenderness.
Four. Make the
dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice (or
vinegar), Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper till nicely blended.

salad:
In a large bowl or plate, set up the combined veggies. Add
tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and avocado. Place the sliced steak on pinnacle.
6. Add finishing
touches:
Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle cheese if
using. Toss gently or function is.
