This Broccoli–Mushroom Bubble Bake

Ingredients
three cups broccoli florets (clean
or frozen)
1 small onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil or butter
four big eggs
1 cup milk (or plant-based totally
milk)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar,
mozzarella, or combined)
1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp baking powder (allows the

Instructions
1. Prepare the greens.
