Burritos with Chorizo and Eggs
Ingredients (Serves
2-three):
three massive eggs
100g chorizo, diced
half of cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
2 huge flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and pepper, to flavor
Instructions:
1. Cook the chorizo:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium warmness. Add diced
chorizo and cook dinner for 4–five minutes till barely crispy and fragrant.

2. Scramble the eggs:
