Ham & Spinach Casserole
It is an awesome manner to use
leftover ham and create a hearty meal that works for breakfast, lunch, or

2 cups cooked ham, diced
3 cups clean spinach (or 1½ cups

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar,

½ teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
¼ cup breadcrumbs (elective topping)
Preparation
1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C
(350°F) and gently grease a medium-sized baking dish.
2. Heat butter or olive oil in a
skillet over medium warmth. Add the chopped onion and cook dinner for about
3–four minutes until soft and translucent. Stir in the garlic and prepare
dinner for any other 30 seconds, freeing its aroma.
3. Add the spinach to the skillet.

Baking
