1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (elective,
for extra stretchiness)
half teaspoon dried oregano or
combined herbs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (elective
topping)
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Add the macaroni and cook until just
al dente (firm but cooked). Drain and set apart. Don’t overcook as it will bake
again in the oven.
2. Prepare the Hot Dogs
Heat a large pan over medium warmth
and add oil or butter. Add the sliced warm dogs and gently fry them for 2–three
minutes until slightly browned. This step enhances their taste and gives a
smoky taste.
Remove the new puppies and set them
apart.
3. Cook the Base Sauce
In the equal pan, upload chopped
onions and sauté till soft and barely golden. Add garlic if using and cook
dinner for every other 30 seconds.
Pour in the diced tomatoes or tomato
sauce. Stir nicely.
Add milk or cream to make the sauce
smoother and slightly creamy. Mix in mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried
herbs.
Let the sauce simmer for 5–7 minutes
till slightly thickened.
4. Combine Everything
Add the cooked pasta and fried warm
dogs into the sauce. Stir lightly so everything is lined flippantly.
Add half of the cheddar cheese and
blend again so it melts into the combination.
5. Assemble for Baking
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Transfer the aggregate right into a
greased baking dish. Spread it calmly.
Sprinkle the last cheddar cheese and
mozzarella on top.
You also can add a small drizzle of
melted butter on the pinnacle for added crispness.
6. Bake
Bake exposed for 20–25 mins or until
the top is golden, bubbly, and barely crisp.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before
serving so it sets well.
