Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Add the macaroni and cook until just al dente (firm but cooked). Drain and set apart. Don’t overcook as it will bake again in the oven.

2. Prepare the Hot Dogs

Heat a large pan over medium warmth and add oil or butter. Add the sliced warm dogs and gently fry them for 2–three minutes until slightly browned. This step enhances their taste and gives a smoky taste.

Remove the new puppies and set them apart.

3. Cook the Base Sauce

In the equal pan, upload chopped onions and sauté till soft and barely golden. Add garlic if using and cook dinner for every other 30 seconds.

Pour in the diced tomatoes or tomato sauce. Stir nicely.

5. Assemble for Baking

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
