One-Pot Chicken, Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomato Orzo

 

This comforting, brief, and flavorful one-pot meal combines tender chicken, vibrant spinach, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, and creamy orzo for a dish that’s ideal for weeknight dinners. Everything chefs in a single pan, making cleanup a breeze.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 boneless, skinless hen breasts, reduce into bite-sized portions

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup orzo pasta
