Preparation Steps

1. Prepare the potatoes.

Wash and cut the pink potatoes into even cubes so that they cook flippantly. Red potatoes are ideal because they keep their form properly and have a clearly creamy texture.

2. Boil the potatoes.

Bring to a boil and prepare dinner for about 10–12 minutes, or until they're just tender but not falling apart. Drain and set aside.
