Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:

2. Prepare Pork:
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Season
generously with salt and pepper.
3. Sear the Pork:
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-excessive
heat. Sear the red meat on all aspects until golden brown, about 2–three mins

Mustard Sauce:
