1 lb (450 g) floor beef
1/2 lb (225 g) ground pork (elective, adds juiciness)
1 cup breadcrumbs
half cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
half tsp black pepper

Instructions
