Red Velvet Espresso
Martini (Mocktail)
The Red Velvet Espresso Martini is a wealthy, creamy
espresso mocktail stimulated by the famous espresso martini and the
conventional red velvet cake. It combines formidable coffee, clean milk,
chocolate, and vanilla, completed with a deep red shade and a light foam on
top. This drink works beautifully as a dessert beverage or for special
occasions.
Serves
1 glass
Ingredients
60 ml freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
60 ml milk or plant milk (oat milk gives the creamiest
texture)
30 ml chocolate syrup or chocolate milk
15–20 ml vanilla syrup (or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract with a
little sugar)
10 ml simple syrup or honey (non-obligatory, regulate
sweetness to flavor)
1–2 drops purple meals colouring
Ice cubes
Optional Garnish
Cocoa powder or grated dark chocolate
Coffee beans
Crushed cake crumbs or chocolate shavings
Method
1. Brew your espresso and permit it to cool slightly.
2. Fill a shaker (or a jar with a decent lid) with ice
cubes.
3. Add coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla, sweetener (if
using), and crimson meals colouring.
4. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds. This creates a smooth
texture and a foamy pinnacle.
5. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
6. Garnish lightly with cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or
coffee beans.
7. Serve immediately for best taste and foam.
Flavor Variations
(Optional)
More pink velvet taste: Add 1 tablespoon cream cheese
earlier than shaking for a diffused cake-like tang. Shake very well.
Sweeter version: Increase vanilla syrup slightly.
Dairy-free: Use oat or almond milk.
Iced dessert style: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and blend
rather than shaking.
What It Tastes Like
This drink tastes like a creamy iced mocha with smooth
vanilla notes and gentle chocolate richness. The coffee offers intensity, while
the purple coloring provides a amusing “pink velvet” appearance. It’s smooth,
lightly sweet, and ideal as an after-meal deal with.
