1 medium green cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

½ cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella or moderate cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika

Preparation
1. Prepare the
cabbage
Slice it into skinny strips. Rinse and drain properly. If
