This casserole takes the iconic flavors of Greek spanakopita—spinach, feta, and herbs—and transforms them into a hearty, comforting dish providing tender chook and creamy white beans. It’s ideal for a weeknight dinner or a make-ahead meal that satisfies the complete family.

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked fowl, shredded or diced

3 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 garlic cloves, minced

half cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk (or unsweetened plant-primarily based milk)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 sheet phyllo dough (or puff pastry as alternative)

1 egg, crushed (for brushing phyllo)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven & Prep Phyllo:
