Instructions
1. Cook the bacon.
In a huge skillet, cook the chopped
bacon over medium warmth till crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving a small
quantity of bacon fats in the pan for taste.
2. Cook the beef combination.
Add ground red meat to the same
skillet. Cook till browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if
wanted.
Add diced onion and garlic, and
sauté until smooth and aromatic (approximately 3–5 mins).
3. Build the “burger sauce."
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and
black pepper. Mix well so the pork is frivolously coated.
Add the cream soup and milk. Stir
till the entirety becomes a creamy, thick mixture. This will act as the binder
for the casserole.
4. Add cheese and bacon.
Mix in half of the shredded cheddar
cheese and the cooked bacon. Stir until lightly blended and tacky.
🥘 Assemble the bake.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Grease a baking dish (approximately
9x13 inches or comparable).
Pour the beef aggregate frivolously
into the dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over
the top.
Arrange frozen tater tots in a
single layer over the whole floor.
🧑🍳 Bake it.
Bake exposed for 35–45 mins, or till
Tater tots are golden brown and
crispy.
Cheese is bubbling beneath
The edges are slightly browned.
For more crispiness, you may broil
the top for 2–3 minutes on the stop (watch cautiously so it doesn’t burn).
