Tot Casserole
This dish combines crispy tater
tots, savory pizza flavors, melted cheese, and your preferred toppings. It’s
ideal for dinner, events, or a quick meal of your own.
🧾 Ingredients
1 bag (approximately 800–900 g)
frozen tater tot littles for toddlers
300–four hundred g ground pork or
bird (optional, can pass for vegetarian)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
1 cup pepperoni slices (or veggie
pepperoni)
1 cup bell peppers, chopped (any
color)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (elective)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese (optionally
available for additional taste)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the base
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish (around 9x13 inches).
Spread the frozen tater tots evenly
in the dish. You don’t want to thaw them.
2. Cook the meat (optional step)
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium
warmth. Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until tender and fragrant.
Add floor pork or bird. Cook till
browned and fully executed. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
If you want a vegetarian model, you
may skip this step and use extra greens instead.
3. Add pizza taste.
Mix the cooked meat (or vegetables)
with pizza sauce. Stir nicely so the whole thing is lined evenly.
Pour this aggregate over the layer
of tater-filled little toddlers.
Four. Add toppings.
Sprinkle bell peppers, mushrooms,
and pepperoni lightly over the sauce layer.
Then add a beneficent layer of
mozzarella cheese. If you like extra tacky casseroles, add cheddar cheese too.
5. Bake
Place the dish in the oven and bake
for 30–40 mins, or until:
Cheese is melted and bubbly.
Tater tot little toddlers are golden
and crispy on top.
If you want more crispiness, bake
for 5 more mins.
6. Serve
Let the casserole cool for 5–10 mins
before serving. This enables it to set and makes it less complicated to reduce.
