🥩 Pork Chops
with Parmesan Sauce
A rich, creamy, and comforting
skillet meal featuring golden pan-seared pork chops smothered in a clean garlic
Parmesan sauce. This dish is straightforward enough for a weeknight dinner but
fashionable enough for visitors. It comes together in one pan and is best
served warm with mashed potatoes, pasta, or greens.
🧾 Ingredients (Serves four–5)
For the beef chops:
4–five boneless pork chops
(approximately 1 inch thick)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
half a tsp onion powder (elective)
2–3 tbsp olive oil or butter
For the Parmesan sauce:
2 tbsp butter
four cloves of garlic (finely
minced)
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
1/2 cup bird broth
¾ to at least one cup of freshly
grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optionally
available)
Salt and black pepper to flavor
1–2 tbsp chopped sparkling parsley
(for garnish)

Instructions
1. Prepare the beef chops.
Pat the beef chops dry with the
usage of paper towels. This enables them to brown well rather than steam.
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper,
garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
Rub the seasoning evenly on each
side of every beef chop.
Let them sit down for 10–15 mins so
the flavors take hold.
2. Sear the red meat chops.
Heat olive oil or butter in a
massive skillet over medium-high warmth.
Once hot, locate the pork chops
within the pan in a single layer.
Cook for about four–six minutes on
one side till golden brown.
Flip and cook for any other four–6
minutes till fully cooked (inner temperature has to reach 145°F / 63°C).
Remove beef chops from the pan and
set apart on a plate. Cover loosely to keep heat.
Three. Start the Parmesan sauce.
Lower warmness to medium.
Add butter to the identical skillet.
Stir in minced garlic and sauté for
30–60 seconds till fragrant. Be careful now not to burn it.
Pour in chicken broth and stir
properly, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. These upload

4. Build the creamy sauce.
Add heavy cream and mix till easy.

6. Combine everything.
Return the cooked beef chops to the
skillet.
Spoon the sauce over the top so
they're absolutely lined.
Let the whole lot simmer
collectively for two–three minutes so the flavors mixture well.
