Salad
Turkey Taco Salad is a fresh,
hearty, and flavorful dish that brings together ground turkey, crisp greens,

(Serves 2–four)
For the turkey:
400g ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt (modify to flavor)
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste or salsa
2–3 tbsp water
For the salad base:
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 cup spinach or mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup sweet corn (boiled or canned)
1 cup black beans (boiled or canned,
rinsed)
1 bell pepper (sliced)
½ cucumber (sliced)
½ purple onion (thinly sliced)
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or
mozzarella, non-compulsory)
1 avocado (sliced)
Optional toppings:
Tortilla chips (overwhelmed)
Fresh coriander (cilantro)
Jalapeño slices
Lime wedges
Dressing (simple lime yogurt
dressing):
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1. Cook the turkey.
Add onion and garlic and sauté until
smooth and fragrant. Add ground turkey and cook dinner till browned, breaking
it apart because it cooks.
2. Season it properly.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika,
salt, and pepper. Stir nicely so the spices coat the beef evenly. Add tomato
paste (or salsa) and some tablespoons of water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until
slightly thickened and flavorful. Set aside.
Three. Prepare the salad base.
In a large bowl, combine lettuce,
spinach, tomatoes, corn, black beans, bell pepper, cucumber, and pink onion.
Mix gently so the whole lot remains fresh and crisp.
Four. Make the dressing.
Mix yogurt, lime juice, olive oil,
garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning as wanted. It ought
to taste tangy and creamy.
5. Assemble the salad.
Add warm turkey over the salad base.
Top with avocado slices, cheese, and non-obligatory tortilla chips.
6. Finish and serve
Drizzle dressing over the pinnacle
