Creamed Spinach &
Chicken Casserole

3 cups sparkling spinach (or 1½ cups frozen spinach, thawed
and tired)
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cream cheese, softened
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika

½ cup milk
½ cup breadcrumbs (elective for topping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the oven and baking dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium
