Chicken Shish Kebabs are juicy, flavorful portions of marinated fowl grilled with greens on skewers. This dish is famous in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Turkish cuisines. It’s best for a barbeque, oven baking, or stovetop cooking.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the marinade:

1 green bell pepper, reduce into squares

1 small crimson onion, cut into chunks

8–10 cherry tomatoes

Wooden or metal skewers (soak timber skewers in water for 30 minutes before the usage of)

Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped

Yogurt sauce, tzatziki, or garlic sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the marinade

In a mixing bowl, integrate olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until properly mixed. Add the bird cubes and coat them frivolously with the marinade. For nice taste, marinate for 4–6 hours or overnight.

 2. Prepare the skewers

While the bird is marinating, wash and reduce the veggies into uniform portions. This ensures even cooking. Alternate threading the chook cubes and vegetables onto skewers.
