1. Five to 2 liters of water or pork broth

Instructions

1. Brown the Beef

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high warmth. Add the red meat pieces and brown them on all sides. This step builds deep taste in the soup. Do no longer overcrowd the pot; cook dinner in batches if wished.
