Smashed Avocado Fish
Tacos
These tacos are sparkling, creamy, and packed with taste.
Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a casual lunch.
For the fish:
three hundred–400g white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or
haddock)
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to flavor
1–2 tsp olive oil
For smashed avocado:
1 ripe avocado
½ lime, juiced
Salt to flavor
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or chopped cilantro
Taco toppings:
4–6 small corn or flour tortillas
Shredded pink cabbage or lettuce
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro
Optional: bitter cream, Greek yogurt, or warm sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the fish:
Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides
with smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in
a skillet over medium warmness. Cook the fish for three–four minutes per aspect
